Preparation:
Preparation: Cut a slice of bread about 2 cm thick, make a hole in the center with your fingers and place it on a hot plate or saucepan. Break the egg and pour it into the hole. Let it cook, add salt, turn with a spatula, spread the gorgonzola on top and let it melt. The egg must still be soft.
