Croutons with Gorgonzola
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Gorgonzola.
Preparation:
Preparation: Break the gorgonzola into a bowl, add the mascarpone and work with a wooden spoon until you obtain a soft cream. Divide the mixture over the croutons and decorate with the fresh carrots, scraped, washed and cut into julienne strips.
