Cucumber Tartlets

Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Cucumber.

Preparation:

Preparation: Mix the mascarpone with the minced cooked ham, the chopped pepper, the liqueur, salt and pepper. Fill the tartlets with this mixture, garnishing them with slices of cucumber arranged in a crown.
