Cuddura With Lard
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Lard - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: 'cuddura' is a donut-shaped focaccia. In a cake tin greased with suet, roll out the dough into a very flattened donut shape. Put the beaten lard, the chilli powder and a little salt on top. Bake in a hot oven.
