Recipe first for 4 people based on Tomatoes with tomato.

Preparation:

Preparation: Sauté the pepper in julienne strips and the chopped tomatoes in a sautéed oil, chopped garlic and onion. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes. Mix the mascarpone with the milk. Boil the gnocchi, drain them, dress them with the mascarpone, tomato sauce and parmesan.
