Easter Soup

Preparation:

Preparation: Cut the bread into slices and toast it. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and add the cheeses, mixing them. Butter a large saucepan in which to place a few slices of toasted bread soaked in eggs and cheese, until used up. Cover everything with slices of Galbanino and sprinkle with meat broth. Let it absorb a little and add more, if necessary, and let it simmer. Serve hot.
