Egg Soup
Recipe first for 4 people based on Egg - cooking method fried.
Preparation:
Preparation: Quickly fry the slices of bread in the butter, dry them on absorbent paper and divide them into the four bowls. Sprinkle the cheese, salt and white pepper on the surface and shell the egg yolks on top without breaking them. Slowly pour the boiling stock over it with a ladle and serve immediately.
