Egg trout
Recipe second for 4 people based on trout.
Preparation:
Preparation: Wash, clean and dry the trout. Salt and pepper them and arrange them in a baking dish with 50 g of butter and two sage leaves. Cook for 15 minutes. Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the trout and cook for another 8 minutes.
