Fish eggs
Recipe second for 4 people based on Hake.
Preparation:
Preparation: Shell the hard-boiled eggs, cut them in half and separate the yolks from the white. Crumble the egg yolks and mix them with the chopped hake, parsley and mayonnaise. Fill the egg halves with the mixture, garnish with mayonnaise and a few parsley leaves. Keep in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
