Generous polenta

Recipe first for 4 people based on Flour - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: Cook the yellow flour in the milk with salt and a knob of butter for about 30 minutes. It should be a bit soft, so add a little more milk if necessary. Leave to cool a bit and add the rest of the butter, 3 egg yolks and the whipped egg whites. Butter and sprinkle a mold with breadcrumbs. Pour the mixture and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve, as desired, with mushroom gravy or meat sauce.
