Gin Rabbit
Recipe second for 4 people based on Rabbit with tomato.
Preparation:
Preparation: Brown the rabbit in the oil, sprinkle it with the liqueur and let it evaporate. Combine the aromatic mince and the tomato concentrate dissolved in the hot broth. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 1 hour. If necessary, add more broth.
