Preparation: The dough is kneaded as usual. Roll out the sheet of pasta and cut it into 1 cm strips. Wrap the strips of pasta on the spindles obtaining many rectangles of pasta, then pass the spindles on the comb and drop the gnocchetti. In the absence of the traditional spindles and the comb which are part of the ancient loom, the fork can be used.
