Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Grain.
Preparation:
Preparation: Mix the starch with the cream, put it on the heat, add the butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg, bring to the boil, remove from the heat and add 5 egg yolks and 2 whole eggs, the parmesan cheese and the 5 whipped egg whites in snow. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish, bake for about 20 minutes and serve immediately.
