Grilled Sausages
Recipe second for 4 people based on Pig - cooking method grill.
Preparation:
Preparation: Time needed: about a quarter of an hour. Cut the sausages in half, lengthwise, leaving them attached to one side. Heat a grill well, arrange the sausages on top, placing them first on the side without casing (so that they do not curl up). Brown them and serve them hot.
