Grouper Al Cartoccio
Recipe second for 4 people based on Grouper - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: Abundantly grease 4 aluminum sheets, arrange a slice of grouper on each one, sprinkle with the herbs, drizzle with oil, salt a little, pepper and cover with lemon slices. Close the parcels and bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
