Gruyere canapes
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Gruyere.
Preparation:
Preparation: Toast the slices of bread and in the meantime remove the butter from the fridge to soften it. Chop the tuna, grate the gruyere and chop the onion. Mix everything together with the butter and spread the mixture on the croutons.

Ingredients: 8 Slices of Bread - 100 G Gruyere Cheese - 200 G Tuna in Oil - 1 Onion - 50 G Butter
