Hake Provençal

Recipe second for 4 people based on Hake with tomato.

Preparation:

Preparation: Cook the sliced mushrooms in 25 g of butter. Arrange the fish fillets in a baking dish greased with butter, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped onion, garlic and parsley, add the chopped tomatoes, the already cooked mushrooms and the white wine. Once boiling, continue cooking slowly for about 15 minutes and then serve.
