Hot Canapes With Fontina
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Fontina.
Preparation:
Preparation: In a bowl, beat the egg yolks well with a pinch of salt and one of chilli pepper. Add the two grated cheeses. mix well before gently adding the whipped egg whites. This mixture is spread between two slices of bread which are baked at 250 degrees for a few minutes.
