Lobster Canapé

Preparation: In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the spoonful of brandy and a few drops of rubra sauce. Remove the crust from the slices of bread, cut them in half. Gently spread them with mayonnaise, place a slice of lobster in the center and decorate with a sprig of thyme. Accompanying wines: Collio Sauvignon DOC, Colli Martani Grechetto DOC, Vermentino Di Sardegna DOC.
