Macaroni On The Phone

Recipe first for 4 people based on Mozzarella cheese - cooking method to boil.

Preparation:

Preparation: Melt the butter over the heat, mix the flour and slowly add the boiling milk. Add salt and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and season with nutmeg. Drain the pasta and dress with the béchamel, the diced mozzarella and the ham into strips. Serve immediately.
