Mackerel Under The Ashes
Recipe second for 4 people based on Mackerel.
Preparation:
Preparation: Clean and wash the mackerel. Wrap it well in fig leaves, tying it with rush. Place it under the hot ash and let it cook. When cooked, remove the leaves, fillet the mackerel and serve with salt, pepper and a drizzle of raw oil.

Ingredients: 4 Mackerel Per Portion - Some Fig Leaves - 1 Drizzle of Extra-virgin Olive Oil - Salt - Pepper
