Mackerel With Anchovies
Recipe second for 4 people based on Mackerel.
Preparation:
Preparation: Clean and scale the fish, wash and dry them. In a saucepan, heat a few tablespoons of oil and melt the chopped anchovies. Arrange the mackerel with some incisions on the back on this sauce, add salt and pepper, pour in the white wine diluted with very little water and the capers. Cook slowly and covered for about half an hour.
