Mascarpone Tagliatelle

Preparation:
Preparation: Blend the egg in a bowl and mix the mascarpone, working the dough well. Cook the tagliatelle al dente in plenty of salted water, season them with the mixture, sprinkle them with plenty of grated Parmesan cheese and serve very hot.
