Mushroom Wallets

Preparation:

Preparation: Brown the bacon with a drop of oil. Remove it and sauté the onion in the same sauce, add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and cook for about ten minutes. Salt and pepper. Put a slice of bacon on each slice of meat, spread the mushrooms and onion over it and fold the meat in half, closing it with toothpicks. Flour and brown the wallets in oil and butter until they are well cooked.
