Needlefish In White
Recipe second for 4 people based on Garfish - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: Clean and wash the garfish, remove the innards and head and open them, removing the bone. Prepare a filling with breadcrumbs, mint, minced garlic, oil, salt, pepper and stuff each needlefish. Arrange them in a baking dish, add salt, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with oil and cook in the oven.
