Octopus With Tomato

Preparation:

Preparation: Clean the octopus and place it in a saucepan that is not too large. Salt it, pepper it and drizzle it with oil. Combine the peeled tomatoes and the olives. Close the saucepan and cook, without ever opening it, for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Put the octopus in the serving dish with its sauce. Sprinkle it with chopped garlic and parsley and serve.
