Orange mullet
Recipe second for 4 people based on Mullets - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: Calculate one or two mullets per person, according to the size. Grease a baking dish with a little oil and butter, arrange the mullets, salt and pepper them, sprinkle them with a little oil, pour over the white wine, cover them with very thin orange slices and add some fragrant herbs. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
