Preparation: Brush and wash the oysters carefully, open them and remove them from the shell, eliminating any filaments. Generously butter the slices of black bread and sprinkle them with caviar, leaving a hollow in the center where you will place an oyster. Pepper, sprinkle lightly with lemon and immediately serve. To improve the flavour, serve the oysters cold, being careful not to freeze them.
