Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Egg - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: Butter a baking dish, arrange a layer of slices of bread dipped in eggs and milk, beaten together and salted. Sprinkle with the grated gruyere and the minced ham. Cover with the other bread and pour over the egg-milk mixture. Sprinkle with knobs of butter. Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees until golden brown
