Recipe first for 4 people based on Bread crumbs.
Preparation:
Preparation: Bring the broth to the boil and pour in the breadcrumbs. Leave to simmer over low heat for half an hour, stirring occasionally. Mix the egg yolks with the Parmesan, salt and pepper and pour into the bowl. Mix carefully and serve.
