Pasta With Squacquerone
Recipe first for 4 people based on Squacquerone.
Preparation:
Preparation: Squacquerone is a stracchino-like cheese but a little sweeter. Put the cheese in a tureen, add the roughly chopped rocket and seasoned with a little oil and a pinch of chilli powder and then add the pasta and mix everything and it's ready to be served.
