Penne With Potatoes And Rocket
Recipe first for 4 people based on Potatoes with tomato.
Preparation:
Preparation: Brown a few onion leaves and a clove of garlic in the oil, add the previously peeled and diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, finally add the tomato sauce. The gravy will be ready when the potatoes are cooked. Boil the pasta and rocket in salted water, drain and dress with the sauce.
