Pineapple Duck

Recipe second for 4 people based on Duck - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: Clean the duck and put it in a baking dish with a few knobs of butter on top. Leave to cook for 35 minutes. Peel the pineapple, cut it into slices and remove the center from each slice. Part of the pineapple slices cut into pieces; these will lengthen the cooking sauce of the duck. Remove the duck from the oven, place it on a tray, pour the cooking sauce over it and decorate with the pineapple slices left whole.
