Recipe first for 4 people based on Pecorino cheese - cooking method oven.

Preparation: Mix the flour with water, a pinch of salt and the brewer's yeast previously dissolved in a little warm water. Let the dough rise covered with a cloth. In the meantime, prepare the pecorino cut into cubes of about half a cm. Roll out the dough in the shape of a pizza and mix in the pecorino cubes, leaving them to emerge even outside the dough. Bring the oven to maximum temperature and bake the pizza directly on the oven surface.
