Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Potatoes - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: Cut the boiled potatoes, onion and mozzarella into slices. Grease a baking dish with oil, place half of the potatoes on the bottom, sprinkle with oil, mozzarella and parsley. Make another layer of potatoes, cover them with the onion and breadcrumbs. Drizzle with oil and place in a hot oven for about 20 minutes.
