Potatoes cream
Recipe first for 4 people based on Potatoes.
Preparation:
Preparation: Brown the sliced onion in butter, add the potatoes cut into pieces, pour over the milk and the broth and when everything is cooked pass through a sieve. Add the egg yolk and the milk cream, mix carefully and serve hot with the croutons.
