Pretzels With Mascarpone

Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Mascarpone cheese.

Preparation:

Preparation: Mix the mascarpone and gorgonzola to form a homogeneous paste. Divide it in half and add chopped parsley to one of the parts. Prepare the vol-au-vent with the puff pastry and cut the milk buns. Stuff the sandwiches with the parsley cream and the vol-au-vents with the plain cheese cream. Decorate with mint leaves and radish slices.
