Queens With Rocket

Recipe first for 4 people based on Arugula salad.

Preparation:

Preparation: Wash and clean the rocket, basil and mint; dry them well by gently dabbing them with absorbent kitchen paper. Finely chop the rocket leaves and aromatic herbs with the pine nuts and garlic clove. Pour everything into a bowl, add salt and pepper and stir in the oil slowly. Boil the pasta al dente and season it with the prepared pesto.
