Rabbit With Aromas

Recipe second for 4 people based on Rabbit with tomato - cooking method pan.

Preparation:

Preparation: Sauté the rabbit in a pan, sprinkling it with vinegar. Brown the chopped onion, the chopped tomatoes, deseeded and peeled, the rosemary, the sage, salt and pepper in the oil. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Add the rabbit, season it, add the wine, let it evaporate, add salt and cook for about 30 minutes.
