Rabbit With Onions
Recipe second for 4 people based on Rabbit.
Preparation:
Preparation: Brown the floured pieces of rabbit in the butter. Separately, in hot water, add the two cubes preparing the broth to add, little by little, to the rabbit if it dries out too much. Add the wine and the onions to the browned rabbit, then start pouring in the broth. When finished, garnish with parsley.
