Rabbit With Tomatoes
Recipe second for 4 people based on Rabbit with tomato.
Preparation:
Preparation: Place the rabbit cold in a saucepan of which it does not occupy more than 2/3 of the capacity, add a mixture made up of the chopped tomatoes with the onion, carrot and celery. Put on the fire and bring to temperature. Close with the lid. Bake for about 40 minutes. Serve with the cooking liquid passed through a sieve.
