Rolls Of Speck With Herbs
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Speck.
Preparation:
Preparation: Mix the ricotta with the finely chopped (but not blended) herbs, add salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Spread a light veil on a slice of speck and roll it up, if the slice is thick, cut the roll in two.
