Rolls With Ham

Preparation:

Preparation: Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them and mash them with a potato masher. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, egg, salt and mix well. Take the slices of cooked ham, fill them with the mixture and roll them up. Arrange the rolls in a previously buttered baking dish and sprinkle them with the flaked Emmenthal cheese. Bake for about half an hour.
