Sage Rabbit
Recipe second for 4 people based on Rabbit.
Preparation:
Preparation: Wash the rabbit and cut it into pieces. Melt the butter in a pan, add the rabbit and sage and brown. Sprinkle with wine and let it evaporate. Add salt and cook covered, over low heat, for 45 minutes.
