Sausage And Potato Soup

Recipe first for 4 people based on Potatoes with tomato.

Preparation:

Preparation: Remove the skin from the sausages, shell them and brown them in a sautéed onion, sage and minced garlic. Add the puréed tomatoes, the parsley, the peeled and cut into wedges potatoes and the meat broth; add salt and pepper and finish cooking. Serve with toasted slices of bread.
