Stuff, then cover with the other disc and let rise for two hours. Heat the oven to about 180-200 degrees (depending on the oven) and place in the oven already at temperature for about 30 minutes. Serve it hot right away, but if you have any leftovers you can keep it in the refrigerator closed in a container and it will remain soft and fluffy.
