Scamorza Smoked In Zest
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Smoked Scamorza - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: Defrost the puff pastry, roll it out on a floured work surface and create disks with the appropriate tool. Stuff them with a layer of raw ham and one of thinly sliced smoked scamorza cheese, fold them, press the edges with the prongs of a fork and put them in a hot oven for about 10 minutes. Serve them hot and crunchy.
