Seared Whitefish With Celeriac Leaves And Rocket Pesto

Recipe second for 4 people based on Whitefish - cooking method pan.

Preparation:

Preparation: Fillet and clean the whitefish. Sear the fillets in a pan with oil, poached garlic, deglaze with white wine and cook. Cut the celeriac into slices and sear it in a pan too. Crush the rocket with oil, walnuts and pine nuts; add the grated casera. Serve the fillets and celeriac with the rocket pesto.
