Skewers With Mushrooms
Recipe second for 4 people based on Rabbit - cooking method grill.
Preparation:
Preparation: Cut the meat into cubes, cover it with milk and season it with salt, pepper and chives. After about half an hour, dry it and thread it onto 8 skewers, alternating it with small mushrooms. Lightly grease the skewers with oil and cook them on a hot grill.
