Solar Broth
Recipe first for 3 people based on Marsala wine - cooking method to boil.
Preparation:
Preparation: Boil the broth. Beat the eggs in the tureen and add, still whisking, the Marsala, oil, lemon zest, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Gradually add the boiling broth, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
